Translating to Zest in Mayan, Ki’is is based on the naturalness of the elements and the pursuit of beauty through simplicity, with a clear focus on the sea and the Mexican vegetable pantry, especially that of the Maya region. From internationally acclaimed Chef Francisco (Paco) Ruano, recipient of The World’s 50 Best Restaurant accolade, Ki’is offers an innovative tasting menu in a modern Mexican style served alongside forward-thinking cocktails that emphasize a selection of agave spirits infused with fruits and herbs from the Yucatan peninsula, and pairings of natural wines and a special selection of Mexican wines.
Meaning Oyster in Mayan, SO’OL is reminiscent of a lively Mediterranean beach club with Mexican touches, combining simple cooking with great technique. From Chef Tomás Bermudez, recipient of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, SO’OL Beach Club offers fresh oysters, clams, aguachiles and raw fish from the best catch in the Mexican seas paired with rare mezcals and tequilas, fresh-pressed juices, housemade kombuchas, inspired aguas frescas, and selection of Mexican wines.
